1. Who we are

Zagros Driving School (sole trader, operating from 40 Finchley Road, Manchester M14 6FZ) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us on 07869 677383.

2. What data we collect

• Information you give us via the contact form: name, phone number, email, level and message.
• Information you give us by phone or WhatsApp: name, contact number, lesson preferences.
• If you accept analytics cookies: anonymised page view statistics.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and book your lessons (lawful basis: legitimate interest, performance of contract).
• To keep a record of completed lessons and pass dates (lawful basis: legitimate interest).
• To understand site usage and improve the website (lawful basis: consent, via cookie banner).

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is held for up to 12 months after last contact. Lesson records are held for up to 6 years from your last lesson, for tax and accounting purposes (HMRC requirement).

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with: (a) HMRC where legally required, and (b) the DVSA when we book a driving test on your behalf.

8. Student photographs

Student photographs displayed on this website are published with the express consent of each individual pictured. If you would like a photograph of yourself removed, contact us on 07869 677383 and we will remove it within seven days.
